Shipping
We strive to ship out all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Occasionally,
extenuating circumstances may prevent us from doing this or may require us to
divide your order into multiple shipments. If this happens you will be notified
by either phone or email. If an item is on back-order, you will be notified
by phone or email and your credit card will not be charged until the item is
actually shipped. You do not need to re-order. Shipping is done Monday thru
Friday therefore any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed
and shipped the next business day. FREE Shipping applies to the 48 contiguous
states of the United States of America. Any shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or any
other U.S.A. Territory will incur standard shipping charges. Shipping outside
the Untied States and its Territories is not available at this time. We apologize
for any inconvenience. Prior to any shipping we will do our best to verify zip
codes and contact you about any questionable information. It is the responsibility
of the customer to check that address information is entered correctly before
submitting your order. If an address is entered incorrectly there will be a
$15.00 charge to locate the correct address and redirect the package. If an
incorrect address is entered and the package is delivered and unrecoverable,
the full price of the order will be charged again in order to ship the order
to the correct address.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your products
you may return them to us provided they are unopened and in their original container.
All costs related to returning the products must be paid by the customer. Upon
receiving the return, our staff will verify that the products are within the
return parameters and initiate a refund less any shipping costs incurred to
ship your order. Return items received 30 days after the original shipped date
will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Privacy
You privacy is very important to us. We may collect information such as Name,
Address, Phone Number, Email Address, etc. to complete and contact you regarding
your order only. Your personal information is never given or sold to any third
party firm. In addition, payments and transactions are completed on a secure
serve using the latest encryption technology and we never store your financial
information on our server.
