1 ounce of Bifen I/T + 1 one ounce bottle IGR + One gallon of water in a pump up sprayer.

Empty cabinets and drawers and spray inside cabinets and drawers and underneath and behind appliances.

Follow up with 565 XLO as a flushing agent for all of your cracks and crevices.

Very important: after 30 days, follow up with your second session.

Use the lo-line traps for trapping and monitoring roach activity.

You will have two ounces of Bifen I/T left over that will work wonderfully for your general, quarterly pest control.
